Passing times are currently 6 minutes long, which is 1 minute longer than last year. As we transition to the new building, we will stick with the 6-minute passing time. Our current campus is stretched horizontally. In the new building, classes will be closer horizontally but stacked on top of each other. Across the county, other schools that have two and three floors have 5-minute passing times, so our passing times are still longer than other schools.
If we learn that more time is needed, we may consider making adjustments.
