Mentorship Programs

Academics are important at Ferndale High School but what is most important here is relationships. We want to make sure that every student is connected to a caring adult both inside the school and beyond it. That is why we focus a lot on partnerships like the Be the One mentorship program that pairs individual students with adult mentors and Lunch with Leaders that connects high school students with business and industry leaders to talk about job skills, job shadows and potential employment. 

Relationships are our mission. In fact, they are the mission of the entire Ferndale School District. EVERY Ferndale High School student has a place in our community. You belong here and we are glad to have you.
